There might be a need to differentiate which pages are shown for wich users. Just add a tag field to each page.

This might also call for a default tag that all users have by default (could be called "everybody" or something like that)

Another page wish has come up; One of those legal disclaimer thingies on first login. A better approach technically would be a generic first login info page, but still, another page that needs a special tag.
